- Prekių grąžinimas
1.1. Klientas turi teisę per 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo prekės gavimo, nenurodydamas priežasties, atsisakyti prekės ir ją grąžinti.
1.2. Prekes, kurias pirkėjas nori grąžinti su nepažeista pakuote ir įrodančiu pirkimo dokumentu Pardavėjas pakeičia arba priima atgal per 14 darbo dienų nuo prekių pristatymo dienos:
1.1.1. UAB “Baltic Nano Technologies” biure Pramonės pr. 4K, Kaunas, Lietuva
1.1.2. Per Venipak kurjerį. Prekių pristatymo išlaidos negrąžinamos. Nepatikusias prekes Pirkėjas grąžina savo transportu arba apmoka grąžinimo išlaidas.
1.3. Pirkėjui nusprendus nutraukti sutartį ir informavus apie tai Pardavėją, Pirkėjas praranda teisę naudotis preke nuo pranešimo išsiuntimo datos. Pranešimo išsiuntimo data ir laikas nustatomas pagal Pirkėjo pranešimo išsiuntimo laiką. Jei nustatoma, kad prekė buvo vartota (naudota) po pranešimo išsiuntimo, Pardavėjas turi teisę atsisakyti nutraukti sutartį.
1.4. Pirkėjas gali pasinaudoti prekių grąžinimo teise, jeigu prekė nebuvo naudojama, originali prekės pakuotė nepažeista, nesugadinta ir nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos. Grąžinamos prekės privalo būti pilnai sukomplektuotos. Už pilną daikto sukomplektavimą ir supakavimą atsako Pirkėjas. Jeigu prekės nėra pilnai sukomplektuotos ir tinkamai supakuotos, Pardavėjas arba jo atstovas gali atsisakyti priimti grąžinamas prekes. Pirkėjas turi pateikti originalią prekės sąskaitą faktūrą bei užpildytą ir pasirašytą grąžinimo formą (dėl grąžinimo formos kreipkitės info@hendlex.com). Pardavėjas įsipareigoja grąžinti už prekes bei jų pristatymą pirkimo metu sumokėtus pinigus per 7 darbo dienas nuo prekės grąžinimo dienos.
1.5. Jeigu įsigyta prekė neatitiko kokybės reikalavimų, Pardavėjas įsipareigoja pakeisti netinkamos kokybės prekę tinkamos kokybės preke, atitinkamai sumažinti prekės kainą arba grąžinti už prekes bei jų pristatymą sumokėtus pinigus per 7 darbo dienas nuo prekės grąžinimo dienos. Prekės turi būti grąžinamos originalioje prekės ir siuntos pakuotėje. Taip pat Pirkėjas turi pateikti originalią prekės sąskaitą faktūrą bei užpildytą ir pasirašytą grąžinimo formą, kurioje turi būti nurodyta prekių grąžinimo priežastis.
- Pinigų grąžinimo sąlygos:
Kai grąžinimas bus atliktas atlikus išsamų kokybės patikrinimą ir patvirtintas pinigų grąžinimas, per 10 darbo dienų gausite kreditą, grąžintą į pradinę mokėjimo formą. Palaukite iki 14 darbo dienų, kol lėšos bus paskelbtos paskyroje po patvirtinimo. Taikomas įprastas banko apdorojimo laikas ir gali užtrukti iki viso atsiskaitymo ciklo.
- Jei nuo pranešimo apie pinigų grąžinimą išsiuntimo praėjo 14 darbo dienų ir vis dar negavote pinigų, susisiekite su mumis;
- Atminkite, kad jei naudojote išankstinio mokėjimo kredito kortelę, pinigai bus automatiškai grąžinti į pirminę kortelę.Jei pirkdami naudojote išankstinio mokėjimo kortelę, pasilikite kortelę, kol gausite pirkinį;
- Siuntimo mokesčiai negrąžinami.
- Sezoniniai papildomi mokesčiai negrąžinami.
1. Return of goods
1.1. The customer has the right to refuse the product and return it within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, without giving a reason.
1.2. The Seller must replace or take back goods that the Buyer wants to return in undamaged packaging and a proof of purchase document within 7 days from the date of delivery:
1.1.1. At JSC “Baltic Nano Technologies” office Pramonės pr. 4K, Kaunas, Lithuania
1.1.2. Via Venipak courier. Delivery costs are non-refundable. The Buyer returns unsatisfactory goods on his/her own or pays the return costs.
1.3. If the Buyer decides to terminate the agreement and informs the Seller thereof, the Buyer loses the right to use the product from the date of sending the notice. The date and time of sending the notice are determined according to the time the notice was sent by the Buyer. If it is established that the goods were used after sending the notice, the Seller has the right to refuse to terminate the agreement.
1.4. The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods if the goods have not been used, the original packaging of the goods have not been damaged, and have not lost their marketable representation. Returned goods must be fully assembled. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packaged, the Seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product cannot be considered as substantial changes in the appearance of the product.
1.5. If a purchased good does not meet the quality requirement, the Seller is obliged to replace the poor quality good with an appropriate quality good, reduce the price of the good accordingly or refund the money paid for the good and its delivery within 7 working days from the submission of the request. Products being returned must be in undamaged original packaging. The Buyer must also submit an original invoice for the goods and a completed and signed return form stating the reason for returning the goods.
2. Refund terms:
After your return is processed with a complete quality inspection and a refund is approved, you will receive a credit issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account after approval. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.
- If 14 working days have passed since the refund notification was sent and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
- Be aware that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund would be automatically issued to the original card. If you used a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase.
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Seasonal surcharges are not refunded.
