    Bike Care set – it is a set of nano ceramic coating and cleaner.

    Premium easy-to-use nano ceramic protective coating designed specifically for bicycle frames, rims and helmets. This coating can be applied by both professionals and casual cycling enthusiasts. This coating can be used on metal and plastic parts, stickers, carbon, PPF and vinyl, painted and varnished surfaces. Coated parts retain the brand-new look for years with appropriate maintenance. Coating forms a thin protective layer on the surface, providing hydrophobic and minor scratch-resistant properties as well as stunning glossy look and extremely easy cleaning. Coated matte surfaces can become somewhat glossy.

    CLEANER SURFACE PREPARE

    Effectively cleans the surface

    Cleaner used to prepare the surface before the application of the nano coating. Surface Prepare effectively removes grease and leaves the surface perfectly clean. It is suitable to be used on all non-wetting materials (e.g. glass, plastic, metal, ceramic, etc.).

    USAGE

    PREPARE THE SURFACE WITH SURFACE CLEANER

    1. Replace the bottle cap with the spray nozzle included in the set.
    2. Spray cleaner evenly on the surface.
    3. Clean the surface with the grey cleaning cloth included in the set.
    4. Allow the surface to dry completely for at least 5 minutes before applying the nano coating.

    APPLY BIKE NANO CERAMIC COATING

    1. Obtain the application pad included in the set.
    2. Open the bottle, cut off the circular ridge in the center of the dropper, and wet the entire application pad. Throughout the process of coating, keep the application pad wet by applying additional 5-6 drops as necessary.
    3. Coat the surface evenly. Apply the coating from edge to edge to avoid layering marks. Ensure there are no uncovered spots left.
    4. After applying coating, wait for:
      – if temperature is lower than +24 °C – 3 minutes;
      – if temperature is higher than +24 °C – 1 minute;
      – do not coat if temperature is more than +30 °C.
    5. Polish the surface with a high quality microfiber cloth. Make sure there are no unpolished spots left.
    6. Recommended coating curing period:
      – if the temperature is higher than +22 °C – 12 hours initial;
      – if the temperature is +20 °C – 24 hours initial.

      Do not wash bicycle for at least 7 days. Depending on the environment temperature, the coating fully hardens in 7 days.

      Nano ceramic coating can be applied in two layers. For the second layer, repeat the coating process 1 hour after the application of the first layer.

    CAUTION!

    1. Do not apply the coating in direct sunlight.
    2. Proper application temperature range: +10 °C to +25 °C.
    3. Do not coat if the temperature is more than +30 °C.
    4. Upon finishing the application of the coating, polish it by using microfiber cloth.
    5. Ensure there are no spots left unpolished
